Michelle Engleman (Director of Production) originally from Louisville, Kentucky has been calling Pittsburgh her home since 2008 & is happy to be joining the Quantum Theatre staff after having worked as Stage Manager with the company during the past decade. Some of her favorite Quantum shows have been Fat Beckett, When the Rain Stops Falling, A Winter’s Tale and most recently, she was the Production Manager for King Lear & Stage Manager for the world premiere of Looking for Violeta.

Since receiving her BA in theater from Indiana University Southeast, Michelle has had a multidisciplinary career working in theater, opera, ballet on new and existing works with local & national companies. She has toured with Chamber Theatre Productions and Vermont Stages, worked with Actors Theatre of Louisville, Missouri Tent Theatre, Bricolage Production Company, Opera Orlando, Ballet San Antonio, Tulsa Opera, and Pittsburgh Festival of New Music, among others.

Michelle spends her free time hanging in Pittsburgh’s many neighborhoods with her partner talking about their cat.
