USA Today – As the story goes, Romantic-era poet Thomas Chatterton took his own life as a teenager in 1770 – but a painting that appears to show him as an adult might tell a different tale. Starting in September, “Chatterton” takes visitors into the Brit’s story of poetry, forgery, truth and fiction inside of a Pittsburgh church. Simultaneous narratives, multiple rooms and a dinner intermission help make for a “three-dimensional experience,” says managing director Stewart Urist of Quantum Theatre.
